RAMA RAMASWAMI, editorial director
Ramaswami joined Operations & Fulfillment in 1997. During her tenure as editorial director, the magazine has won several regional and national first-place awards for editorial excellence from the American Society of Business Press Editors, and was a finalist in the Jesse H. Neal national business journalism awards in 2001. Previously, Ramaswami was Latin America copy chief at Knight-Ridder Financial News. She has also worked as a managing editor at Thompson Publishing Group and as a senior editor in Latin American Publications division of The Economist Intelligence Unit. Books she has edited include The Handbook of Magazine Publishing (Folio;/Cowles Business Media, 1996) and The Small Catalog Handbook (Cowles Buiness Media, 1996). She is the author of Investing, Licensing and trading Abroad: Central America (EIU, 1993) and Special Privatization Situation Report: India (Euromoney Law Publishers, 1995).

BARBARA ARNN, managing editor
Arnn has worked at O+F since 1997. Her current work calls upon many of the skills learned in such previous jobs as archeologist, professor of Japanese cultural history, and copyeditor. She coordinates Operations & Fulfillment features, negotiates with authors, covers industry news and events, writes and edits stories on all aspects of the fulfillment industry.
